This January, for London Collections: Men, a reconised bespoke tailor of Savile Row Emma Willis, along with London’s best shirt makers, shoemakers and hatters, will be presenting the modern face of British elegance at Spenser House – one of the London’s most exquisite private palaces. London Collections: Men is the capital’s biannual showcase of British menswear brands and designers targeted at an international audience.
Emma Willis, the bespoke shirtmaker, is showing tomorrow at one of the most keenly anticipated events of London Fashion Week, ‘The English Gentleman’ and invites you to her London shop a few minutes walk away, where she will be throughout the week, to discuss the British Bespoke and Ready to Wear men’s shirt business today, and traditional methods of cutting and sewing at her English factory, and her charity Style for Soldiers.

The English Gentleman will take the form of a presentation featuring a mix of models and real men dressed by Savile Row’s famous tailors. Forty different outfits will be shown, spread through seven of the glorious rooms inside Spencer House.
The clothes will range from shooting and fishing outfits to black and white tie, taking in chalk-stripe lounge suits, winter overcoats and smoking jackets. The tailoring will represent a powerful combination of beautiful materials – principally fine woollens – and first class craftsmanship.
