Providing an exclusive insight into one of its core principles, design, Officine Panerai presents two days of unique watchmaking sessions as part of the London Design Festival 2013. Taking place on 14 September 2013, the sessions will be held in the Art Studio of the Sackler Centre, at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
The five intimate “Design of Time” sessions on each day will last for 45 minutes and be led by two of Panerai’s top horologists, from the luxury watch brand’s manufacture in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Guests attending the sessions can expect to learn about the detailed delicacies involved in the design of Panerai’s unique mechanical movements as well as an in-depth understanding of how the foundations and history of the brand influence the individuality of each movement created.
With every new collection produced each year, Panerai maintains its trademark that is the unique combination of Italian design and fine Swiss craftsmanship. Each new model and movement delivered allows Panerai to continuously re-interpret the brands 150-year-long passion of creating high precision timepieces with a strong identity rooted in distinction, aesthetics and function.
