Developed in the traditional way, using handmade wooden prototypes, the Hasselblad Lunar camera benefits from a smooth chrome plated frame with no edges. Five handcrafted grip styles are available, including resistant carbon fibre, natural Italian olive or mahogany woods, which are undyed and have a waxless finish and top grade Tuscan leather in black and brown all with metal finishes in bronze or titanium.
Heralding Hasselblad’s entry into the mirrorless interchangeable lens market, the new Lunar incorporates an engine from a Sony camera as well as a huge selection of functions, aimed both at the quality of picture and the entertainment of the user. It comes with a LF 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens with built in image stabilisation, 24.3 megapixels and a CMOS sensor.
The perfect calibration of its body makes it possible for Lunar to support both compact and professional DSLR lenses. Other benefits include, an OLED electronic viewfinder, three-inch display and built in flash. It can also record in full HD.
